They are located at 90 km from San Pedro de Atacama. Miscanti and Miñique lie over 4000 m over sea level and both developed through superficial waters. They attract an impressive number of animal species, like the flamingo. The snowy mountain tops that surround the lagoons are reflected in the blue waters, forming a beautiful contrast. The journey starts in San Pedro and takes you through Toconao and alongside the Salt Lake Atacama.
